09:00-10:00 Arrival, Registration & Breakfast

10:00 – 10:45  Bootcamp Circuits

10:45 – 11:00  Break Time

11:00 – 12:00  Dancing – Hip Hop

12:00 – 12:45  Lunch

12:45 – 1:45  Sports Choice

1:45-3:00 Music Manic Cafe
