Nutritional information and that horrid word Diet information

Remember I always say If there was one DIET in the world that worked, there would be no fat people, its all about making adaptations to your life for life”

For every 3,500 calories you eat that you don’t burn off, you will gain approximately one pound of fat. Therefore, to lose weight, your calorie intake must be less than your calorie expenditure. The fewer calories you eat and the more you exercise regularly, the more fat you will burn. But while intensive workouts like high-impact aerobics or rowing burn more calories than light weight training, gaining muscle mass is crucial to weight loss. This is because muscle tissue requires more energy to function than fat does, even while at rest. Therefore, the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn – whatever you are doing.
