Thursday’s 9:15am

Seth Ward Community Centre, Luynes Rise

Can stay for Pilates 10am £10 for both classes

Bishop’s Stortford Dance Class £6

45 minutes of non stop dance

Tuesday’s 9:10am – 9:55am

Swifts Football Club, Silver Leys, Bishop’s Stortford

Progressions and regressions will be offered, so no one is too old to have a dance
