Content of the course is

15-20mins talk on everything fitness, Workout followed by Questions & Answers session over a cuppa

Week 1 Initial Paperwork & Walk Fit Workout
Week 2 Benefits of Exercise & Toning Dynaband Workout
Week 3 Quantity of Exercise & Cardio Blast Workout
Week 4 Hydration & Dumbbell Strength Workout
Week 5 Injuries & LIIT Workout
Week 6 Nutrition with exercise & Circuits Workout
Week 7 Set Backs & Pilates Workout
Week 8 between the group they can choose what exercise format to repeat or something they have an idea of trying (eg Box Fit / Yoga / Zumba Gold)
