Fella’s Fitness is our men’s only programme and provides a local class for chaps to come together, get a bit fitter and meet new people in an informal, friendly environment.
Each week I will lead you through a programme of exercises specifically designed for the older gent.
Based around a circuit training format, sessions last 60 minutes made up of a warm up, main circuit, and toning and/or balance exercises, followed by a cool down. You will be get fitter in an environment that is fun, but paced at a level that is right for you!
