Fella’s Fitness
I initially started up and ran Fella’s Fitness Classes in Bishop’s Stortford and Hertford in 2011 for Herts Sports Partnership, then having taken over the Bishop’s Stortford class in 2016 from Herts Sports Partnership to run under my own business.
Fella’s Fitness is our men’s only programme and provides a local class for chaps to come together, get a bit fitter and meet new people in an informal, friendly environment.
Each week I will lead you through a programme of exercises specifically designed for the older gent.
A challenging workout that targets different elements of fitness such as cardiovascular health (heart and lung function), core stability (abdominal muscles ) and build strength.
Based around a circuit training format, sessions last 45 minutes made up of a warm up, main circuit, and toning and/or balance exercises, followed by a cool down. You will be get fitter in an environment that is fun, but paced at a level that is right for you!
