I run Fella’s Fitness Classes in Bishop’s Stortford and Hertford since 2011, having taken over the Bishop’s Stortford class in 2016 from Herts Sports Partnership.
Each week I will lead you through a programme of exercises specifically designed for the older gent.
Based around a circuit training format, sessions last 60 minutes made up of a warm up, main circuit, and toning and/or balance exercises, followed by a cool down. You will be get fitter in an environment that is fun, but paced at a level that is right for you!
