45minutes of non stop dancing

Monday’s        6pm-6:45pm

Layston School, The Causeway

(Can stay for Pilates.  Both classes £8)

Buntingford Daytime Dance & Toning Class £5

30 minutes of dance and 30 minutes of toning

Thursday’s     9:30am – 10:30am

Campbell Hall, Seth Ward Community Centre

Bishop’s Stortford Dance & Toning Class £5

30 minutes of dance and 30 minutes of toning

Friday 9:15am-10:15am

Swifts Football Club, Silver Leys, Hadham Road, Bishops Stortford  CM23 2QE .

Progressions and regressions will be offered, so no one is too old to have a dance
