The first meeting is an informal chat, we fill in various screening forms – exercise history and medical history questionnaire, we then both discuss what they want from a trainer. I then devise a programme for you, the client, based on the information obtained.
Training:
The training sessions includes a warm up, cardio vascular exercise – walking, skipping, hoola hoops, step or rebounding. Resistance work – dynabands (big elastic bands), stability balls (big bouncy balls), bodybars, boxing bands, pilates rings, dumbbells or resistance using their own body weight.
We train for a full hour on the training programme and I introduce the above training equipment, usually over 6 weeks. I appreciate your views here on any pieces you do not like so that we can train using all the pieces you prefer.
My Home Gym:

Personal Training - Home Gym
If you prefer we can train at my home gym using all the above equipment and also pilates reformer, treadmill, orbitrek and rower.
As your personal trainer I will use my skills and knowledge to design a safe and effective programme of exercise that will take into account your personal goals, your fitness level and your exercise likes and dislikes.
I will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you may need to help you to achieve your goals. Your progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly.
I will provide all the necessary equipment and we will organise appropriate venues (if not at home) for the training sessions.
The fees for my services is £25.00 per hour plus travelling expenses outside a 20 mile radius.
Bookings is for a minimum of 4 sessions payable in advance. If 10 sessions are booked and paid in advance, the 11th session will be conducted free of charge.
